Our rooms have recently been renovated and feature a lovely terrace. Eve: the place we stayed at had just been renovated and the rooms had a terrace.

Shower has to be fixed and a clear statement of “NO IRON” in the room. Other than that, its an amazing place with outstanding location.

The rooms were exactly as described and pictured on the web sites, modern, recently renovated, comfortable, quiet and clean.Staff were very pleasant and helpfull (as were most people in Rome). The location is perfect for reaching all the main sites by foot and surrounded by good bars and restaurants.
There is only a tiny entrance from Via Nationale and the sign is almost impossible to see, the main door looks like a shop doorway. There is no bar or areas to relax in.

Good location. Central and near to metro station as well as central train station (termini). Plenty of restaurants/ bars nearby. Near to Piazza de Venezia and Colloseum.
Rooms are towards street (Via Nationale) and therefore a little bit noisy.

The location of the hotel is marvelous, just a short walk away from Trevi Fountain, Rome's attractions, and the central bus & railroad station. the trendy and new-fashioned rooms come with tea or coffee, a balcony, and the staff is polite and accommodating.

Staff very friendly, obliging and helpful. Hotel reasonably priced and in location we like which is within10-15 minutes walking distance of Coliseum and Trevi Fountain. Rooms lovely- contemporary, clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering the traffic on the Via Nationale. We had a suite which was charming and could easily have accommodated a third person. The rooftop terrace for breakfast is very pleasant and we were well-looked after by the staff. We have stayed in Rome several times; this is the first time we have stayed at The Opera and we will definitely stay here again.
There was nothing we didn't like, but the flight of steps inside the entrance could be a problem for anyone not able-bodied.
